Posto Mobile food truck is an extension of our acclaimed Posto Restaurant in Davis Square, Somerville, MA. Posto Mobile is perfect for entertaining events of any kind and size. We cater for groups as small as 25 and as large as 500. The centerpiece of Posto Mobile is our custom Italian wood burning oven that has been built to our exact specifications. This very special oven enables us to bring true Neapolitan pizza that can be cooked right in front of your guests at your next event.

The pizza

Our pizzas are cooked in the wood burning oven burning at temperatures as high as 900 degrees. They cook for 60-90 seconds and are served immediately so you can rest assured that your guests are getting the very best Neapolitan style pizza!

ingredients

Flour, water, sea salt and fresh yeast are the only ingredients in our dough. We use the best San Marzano tomatoes from Italy and hand stretch our mozzarella fresh everyday. Our restaurant and mobile events use locally sourced and sustainably harvested ingredients whenever possible.
